None of them were as bright as we remember. I went back to watch Season 1 and 2, and the Evans Family are pretty stupid to be honest lol (Not the actors, but the characters themselves)
The writers of the show definitely dumbed them down..that was a major reason John Amos had issues with the show.
I still don't get how Florida was a maid and James was a fire fighter in New York on Maude then was broke af on good times
